Each file in the folder is a year-month of overpass rasters at 100th of a degree for Africa (bounding box: lat_min = -39, lat_max = 39, lon_min = -29, lon_max = 57). Overpasses is the sum of Sentinel-2 satellite overpasses for the grid cell. lon_index = floor(lon*100) and lat_index = floor(lat*100). This means dividing lon_index and lat_index by 100 gives the lower left corner of the 100th degree grid cell.
